Contract
manufacturing stainless steel components was China Array's
original business and continues to be a mainstay of the
company today. China Array has been producing stainless
steel parts for the dairy, food processing and submersible
pump industries since 1980. The products meet FDA and 3A
standards and are sold to some of the largest companies
in their respective industries.
Stainless
steel products produced by China Array are sold through
the company's US offices and are therefore covered under
US law and business practices. China Array utilizes Optical,
Laser and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) by such industry
leading manufacturers as Zeiss and Mitsubishi to monitor
quality at each stage of production of both molds and finished
goods: making surface and radii tolerances of 0.001 mm possible.
But, more important than equipment, is the 28 years of experience
China Array has accumulated in quality control including
process and materials controls.
China
Array can do just about anything with stainless steel: machining,
forming, bending, welding, polishing, casting. The company
has experience which ranges from meeting 1/1000" machining
tolerances to working with thin gauge sheet to producing
stainless steel pumps to building tanks and vessels. The
majority of China Array's products are made from type 304,
316 and 303 stainless steel, but the company has the capability
of working with other stainless alloys, and titanium. Mill
certifications provided prior to production.
